Industrial Label Printers
Sample Labeling And Sign Making Applications

Check out these examples detailing a few of the types of labels you can make, if you have your own industrial quality label printer. All labels shown here have been made using the DuraLabel label printer. A leading thermal transfer desktop printer, the DuraLabel can print on tapes up to four inches wide. It is a powerful, versatile, and economical label and sign printer.

Ammonia pipe markers

Identification and Safety:

Save time and prevent accidents on maintenance projects. For example, use pipe identification labels (pipe markers) so employees and contractors won't have to sort through blueprints or guess to determine pipe contents. With pipe markers, your pipes are organized and easily identifiable.

Valve tags

Valve and Actuator Tags:

Some objects, such as valves and actuators, may be difficult to label because of their shape. Using valve tags to identify and organize is an easy answer. A valve tag provides a stable surface a label can be applied to; the tag can then be easily attached to a valve, actuator, or other device using a metal or plastic tie.

Sign blanks are also available for use with the DuraLabel.

Arc Flash warning labels

Safety Labels:

A safe workplace requires that employees, contractors, and visitors have pertinent safety information they need in emergency situations.

The example to the left details the dangers of arc flash and outlines the required PPE when dealing with such risks.

Labels on motors and generators

Warning Labels:

Be sure that operators, maintenance staff, contractors, instrument technicians, and supervisors all have the information they need at the exact location where it is needed.

For example, create warning labels that describe lock-out procedures.

Labeling wires and cables

Wire and Cable Identification:

Add identifying labels to both wires and cables. The DuraLabel has both polyolefin shrink tube and self-laminating wire wraps available.

Warehouse and bin labels

Warehouse Labeling:

Bar codes for marking racks and shelves can be printed on labels and signs using the DuraLabel printer.

Hazard labels

Waste Identification:

Make hazardous material identification easy using exclusive Right-To-Know labels and software included with the DuraLabel.
